About Event
This event will explore storytelling as a tool for reflection, connection, and personal wellbeing. Drawing inspiration from Dr. Shahd Alshammari’s memoir Head Above Water: Reflections on Illness and Notes on the Flesh, the discussion will reflect on how storytelling can create space for self-expression, reduce feelings of isolation, and build community understanding around MS.
